2025년 12월 cooking class : Christmas table “simple is the best.”
2025년의 마지막 클래스 테마는 매년 그랬듯 크리스마스 테이블 클래스 입니다.
올해 마지막 클래스 테마는 제가 제일 좋아하고 추구하고 있는 음식 철학인
“Simple is the best.'“ 라는 테마로 함께 하려고 합니다.
단순하지만 맛을 낸, 소박하지만 요리는 정성을 많이 담은 그런 요리를 함께 하려고 합니다.
올해 요리수업에서도 그런 요리를 해보려고 노력해왔지만
부족하기도 했습니다.
내년에도 원재료의 맛을 잘 살린 단순하지만 맛을 깊이 낸 요리들을 잘하기 위헤서
12월에는 그런 요리들을 골랐습니다.
단순해보이지만 이 요리들은 즐거운 크리스마스 파티에도 충분히 어울리는 요리들입니다.
올해 마지막 함께 요리하고 한해동안 우리의 1년을 정리하며 담소도 나누며 따뜻한 연말을 즐기겠습니다.

*주차불가: 신교공영주차장 또는 서촌주차장(자하문로 7길 12) 이용.
주말에는 서촌 길거리 주차도 가능합니다.
